FLOOR PLAN

This was planned as a retirement home for the client. The site selected was a large, very pleasant lake in central Maine. The client wanted a very contemporary building with a large glass areas full height of the two story house to view the lake. The main level supports the eat-in kitchen and large living area which can be manipulated to make a large dining area in front of the glass for view. It also has the small, guest bed rooms and a den as well as the guest bathroom. The upper level has the master bed room with the master bath and large walk in closets.

The exterior is featured by a large wrap around deck which also views to the lake. The siding is a long life cedar siding which has been stained to a pleasant redwood tone. The owner has opted to perform many of the interior finishing touches and takes great pains to ensure quality work is performed
